Looks like Halloween is coming within 5 days, you know what that means...gotta stay safe going out here alone since creepy ass old men are going to be ramping during this day. Always check your candies since some sadistic motherfuckers would poorly wrap their candy and try to poison them or something. For the love of god, PLEASE keep an eye of your children's safety since there's a chance that someone would kidnap them.
For the adults out there: I guess worry about some crazy-ass people roaming around your neighborhood? Beware of people wearing a black cloak and a spooky mask stalking you at night.

I've done a quick online search and it seems most of the crime during Halloween is related to vandalism (surprise!) as well as breaking and entering.
Actual kidnapping cases seem to be exceedingly rare and the latest reports I find date back to the mid-80s. Probably because kids traditionally go trick-or-treating in groups and have cellphones.
